Club Season- This is a program designed to get our athletes in shape for a successful club season so our coaches do not need to take time out of their precious practice time. We’ve noticed there is need for this so we’d love to have you sign up for this so our coaches can work strictly on volleyball at practices. Take your game to next level with our Ready. “Set”. Fit program which is volleyball specific combining high intensity cardio training, plyometrics, speed work and low-impact weight training. Be faster. Jump higher. Go the distance. You will not find a better fitness instructor. This girl will kick your butt.
